Welcome back, Rogers community!

My name is Katie Hogan, and I am thrilled to once again serve as the assistant principal of Lucille Rogers Elementary School. I have been a proud Clark County School District employee for many years, serving as a teacher, learning strategist, and assistant principal.

 

As a Rogers Raptor, I’m also proud to be a member of the House of Isibindi. I look forward to leading with courage, compassion, and integrity—core values of Isibindi—as we take on another exciting year of growth and learning together. While I wear green with pride, I am equally committed to supporting and celebrating every student in all houses, because at Rogers, we are Four Houses, One Family.

 

I truly adore serving our community’s children and families and working alongside educators who are passionate about helping students thrive. It is humbling to once again collaborate with this phenomenal group of students, staff, and families, and I’m especially looking forward to meeting new parents and students this year.

 

It is my priority to get to know each and every child and discover the gifts and talents that make them unique individuals. Together, we will continue the great work at Rogers—fostering academic excellence, a warm and inclusive school culture, and respectful, responsible learners who are prepared for the future.
