Welcome back, Rogers community!

My name is Katie Hogan, and I am thrilled to once again serve as the assistant principal of Lucille Rogers Elementary School. For the past 7 years, I have been a proud Clark County School District employee, serving as a teacher, Learning Strategist, and Assistant Principal. I grew up in Southern California and graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
 

In 2021, I earned my master’s degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.  Last spring, I was married, and my husband and I reside in Southwest Las Vegas.
 

I adore serving our community's children and families, as well as working with educators' who are passionate about caring for our students. It is humbling to again have the opportunity to work collaboratively with this phenomenal group of students, families, and staff, and am looking forward to meeting new parents and students. It is my priority to get to know each and every student and learn the gifts and talents that make them unique individuals. 
 

I look forward to continuing the great work at Rogers and partnering with you to ensure that our children receive the best education possible through high academic standards, a warm, nurturing atmosphere, and promoting well-behaved and respectful students who are lifelong learners.
It is truly an honor to serve our Raptor family, and I look forward to a wonderful year with you!
