My name is Katie Bell and I am honored to be your new Assistant Principal. This is a very special opportunity for me because I began my teaching career at this great school, and I am thrilled to return. I am humbled to again have the opportunity to work collaboratively with this phenomenal group of students, families, and staff, and am looking forward to meeting our wonderful parents and students. It is my priority to get to know each and every student and learn the gifts and talents that make them unique individuals.
 

On a personal note, I am a proud Las Vegas resident, where I live with my fiance, Jeron. I grew up in Southern California and graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In 2021, I earned my master’s degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University and have spent the last few years teaching and serving as a Learning Strategist within Clark County School District.
 

I look forward to continuing the great work at Rogers and partnering with you to ensure that our children receive the best education possible through high academic standards, a warm, nurturing atmosphere, and promoting well-behaved and respectful students who are lifelong learners.
